Clark County Title - Contract Collections

Contract Collection Setup includes the following:

W-9's for each party in the transaction
Signed True Escrow Account and Instruction Agreement
Check for $125.00 for set up
Complete address and phone number for each party
Deposit slip if Seller wants funds deposited into Bank Account
Annual fee allocation (at bottom of agreement)
Original Promissory Note (if Deed of Trust)
Signed Request for Reconveyance
Copy of document
Original recorded Deed of Trust or Contract once back from the Auditor's Office
Executed Warranty Fulfillment Deed
(To hold in our collection file until contract is paid)

There is a monthly fee of $6.50 for this service.
